Trailfinders are brand leaders in the tailormade travel industry. Over the last 10 years they have opened retail outlets in every major city throughout the UK and Ireland. Sites vary in size from 300 to 500sqm over two or three levels, but each contains generous sized consultant sales desks, with separate call centre space, staff and training facilities. With varying types of building, each site has demanded a specific solution, but all reflect brand rules so as to maintain consistency throughout the portfolio. Design and project management was undertaken closely with the Trailfinders Property Director.
