We have developed a new interior brand for a private healthcare provider, creating spaces that reinforce the professional nature of the client’s business, while also connecting to their customers experiences found in everyday life.
This moves away from a traditional clinic design and draws more on the design principles of cafés, fitness gyms, shops and hotels.
By creating a calming and grounding environment through colour palette, textures and patterns that reflect those found in nature, the customer experience is transformed and enhanced.
Our role as lead designer from inception through to completion has allowed this narrative to be realised on a number of sites during 2021.
Our process begins with a feasibility study, which involves an initial dialogue with our client to determine the spatial requirements and outline budget. This is followed by developing a concept to explore materials, finishes, and often extruding the layouts in 3D to help our client understand the space and customer journey. Then, a coordination and detailing stage allows our client to competitively tender the project, and our role continues involvement throughout construction allowing us to monitor the works on site through to handover, to ensure the best product is delivered to the client.
