Halton House
Halton House in Holborn is the most recently refurbished ‘Boutique-Style’ office for BMO Real Estate Partners, and provides a contemporary and memorable reception space for new and current occupiers. Accessed from the street through a conserved facade the new space serves 2,400m2 office accommodation over seven floors. The new scheme features a complete new reception and lift lobby featuring a softly shaped leather and polished stainless steel desk, Italian Basalt flooring and midnight blue glass lift shaft cladding. The key ‘signature’ features for the new space are the backlit opal glass walls with polished stainless steel decorative screens. This includes a concealed twin LED lighting installation programmed to give gently changing light scenes throughout the day.
