Paul Smith pays us a compliment

Fashion designer Paul Smith posted a photo on his personal Instagram account of our recently completed reception at 2-4 Kings Street, St James. This is a great compliment from the person who inspired the original concept for the graphic.
The whole reception refurbishment was based on the history of the area, which was birthplace to private member’s clubs during the 18th century. This led us to develop an overall design focusing on ornate fabrics used in the linings of tailored suits which would have been worn by the patrons of these establishments, particularly with the paisley pattern.
The paisley pattern is echoed in a textured plaster wall finish by Armourcoat, and an etched stainless steel panel lining in the lift.
