Our third shop for Foyles has just opened in Birmingham’s new Grand Central shopping centre. The heritage and “real” book focused shops we designed in Stratford and Waterloo have been developed to express Foyles as an omni channel, holistic brand; a 21st century book seller.
Harnessing technology, large format monitors and a video wall utilise digital in-store marketing and hyper sound speakers direct audio, for interviews with writers and book readings. Foyles have also introduced mobile point of sale and a provision for customers to search and order books in store to be either delivered or collected the next day.
