Trailfinders are brand leaders in the tailor made travel industry. Over the last 10 years we have worked with them to open retail outlets in every major city throughout the UK and Ireland.
Most properties are acquired freehold and many are listed requiring substantial refurbishment and remodelling within the confines of Historic England directive.
Sites vary in size from 300 to 500sqm over two or three levels, with sales and call centre space, staff and training facilities. All reflect brand guidelines, maintaining a consistency of service and identity throughout the portfolio.
Lustedgreen are lead design consultant, coordinating with building services and structural engineers. We provide a project management and traditional building contract administration services alongside an independent quantity surveyor, from tendering, agreeing and monitoring the works programme, appointment and commencement on site through to handover and 12 months defect period.
