Birchin Lane Progress

Our office refurbishment project on Birchin Lane in the City of London is well and truly underway. The scope includes a total refurbishment to the reception, the reconfiguration of three basement rooms into separate male and female changing/shower facilities, new bike storage and four floors of Cat A fit-out to the offices.

We are now over half way into the works and the first of the office floors are nearing completion, with only decoration and lighting installation remaining. The basement and reception are now completely stripped back, revealing some interesting original features.
