Henderson and Berwick Hill Properties
Completed in July 2015, for Henderson and Berwick Hill Properties, we have given new life to this 1980’s office building. On the exterior our brief covered enlivening the building’s facades, entrances, and carpark.
Inside the new reception features soft undulating walls using timber fins, bolon flooring, and an illuminated ceiling formed to clearly lead you through to the lifts. All circulation spaces have been refurbished including Showers and WC’s.
