20-22 Bedford Row in Holborn was designed as part of a trio of office building refurbishments for BMO Real Estate Partners.
Large glass panels with mesh inter-layers lean back against the 2 flank walls emitting coloured light across the entrance lobby. The lighting is programmed to create different moods throughout the day and was developed in collaboration with EQ2 lighting consultants and includes coloured LED and a large CTO pendant lights.
The refurbishment involved 6 levels of common parts including staircases, lift lobbies and tenant’s entrances.
